Shameless plug - take my suggestion on Cater Allen then, they do seem to have an API readily available so that should be a quick win for you 
Edit - or HSBC Expat as presumably same standard as their UK domestic service?

As does Coventry Building Society.
Sadly, I suspect the effort required to build integrations for the more niche institutions probably outweighs the handful of users that would connect each one.
Be nice to have though!
