At the moment we use a system to manage our customer support so it is quite difficult to build on top of this. However, thank you for your feedback in regards to following up on technical issues, I will forward this to the team. We are also in the process of growing the customer service team so hope to put some strong process’ in place over the next month.
Hey. I’d like to see an option where I can not only split transactions, but merge them as well. I bought a new computer from Apple lately and later realized that the payment was split by Apple and charged in more than one transaction.
When I ordered my new computer I got a free pair of headphones. The headphones shipped first so Apple charged me the prize of the headphones, when the computer shipped they charged me the price of the computer minus the price already charged for the headphones. Hope thar makes sense.
I would also like an option to change my country in the backend myself. Now that I’ve moved back to the US for the semester I want my country changed back to the US. I reached out to support yesterday, but they have yet to get back to me.
Allowing me to do this manually would avoid me having to contact support, which would be great.
We are happy to allow people to add bank accounts from the US and UK, however, we do not plan on making this a feature and cannot move people back and forth regularly.
To be honest, I say ‘we do not plan’, what I mean is it’s not a priority for us at the moment because it does not really effect enough current users, but that doesn’t mean it is not something the team would consider in the future.
The split transaction will only accept amounts of the same sign i would like the ability to post splits with a different sign ie When I pay Amazon i quite often have a gift voucher from say filling in a survey that has been offset and the purchase gets recorded at the net amount. I would like to record at the right amount and create a split adding the voucher value to income
I guess you just add them together. One being a minus number the other being a positive number so would be easy to implement. At the momment two positive numbers or two negative numbers are being added togther.
