What was your worst subscription cancellation?

I have personally managed to pay Netflix for 12 months without even knowing, but cancelling was fairly easy; so the question to you would be if you had any nightmare experiences where cancelling was almost impossible?

Kindle Unlimited… Not sure which email ID was I paying from. Paid for 7 months before I realised something was wrong.
