Renewing Emma sub with credits

I’ve got some referral credits (£15 to be exact) which would cover my upcoming Emma subscription renewal in June 2025 (I am on Pro at discounted rate from years ago, £14.99).

From the Help section here, I can see that it says:
“9. If you have an Emma subscription distributed by Apple or Google, you’ll need to cancel this and subscribe again with the new Emma payment method (available in the app), so that we can add the credits to your next subscription invoice”

Before I proceed in cancelling my current way of paying through my payment option “Google Play”, I wanted to check if I’ll stay on my currently discounted price of £14.99 for the year after (i.e. when it’s time to renew in June 2026, and how to then pay for this as my credits would be at £0.00 but I would not have Google Play as an option anymore (and I’ll assume selecting Google Play as a new option would then result in being charged at the current much higher annual Emma Pro price).

We no longer support that pricing structure unfortunately. :slight_smile:

At this point, referral credits only work with direct billing which we support in the app; you’d need to cancel Google Play and subscribe again via the app.
