Hi, any updates of Virgin Money Current Account?
We have to wait for Virgin Money to migrate their current accounts that currently exist on other back-end system to their own system. Once these accounts moved, they can be added via the Virgin Money Open Banking API (the system we use to connect to your accounts in Emma). This is occurring because of the Virgin CYBG merger
Emma supports this it seems, but setting it up in the Add Account workflow results in a Virgin Money webpage where I am asked if it is a current account or credit card. Selecting credit card doesn’t open the app on my phone, but instead results in a web server “414 Request-URI Too Large” error. It would seem Virgin Money need to fix something on their side.
Anyone else seen this, or how does one get VM to fix it?
