Emma integrating with IFTTT

In a different thread I’ve been thinking how filters might be useful in the Emma Accounts tab

Here are some potential filters I can think of including those already mentioned, Definitely would use: Bank/institution name Account type - home currency, foreign currency, crypto, offline, etc Might use: Account balance - current balance greater than or less than a user-supplied value Account delta - accounts that have changed in value by less than or more than a user-supplied value since a user-supplied date Account activity - accounts that have had less th…

I think some of this functionality could also be useful if exposed through IFTTT (or some similar tool)

e.g.

• If a particular account drops below a certain account value, issue a notification.
• If a particular account balance changes by more than a certain value in a certain period of time, issue a notification.
• If a particular account has more than a certain number of transactions in a certain period of time, issue a notification.
• If a particular account has no activity for a certain period of time (dormant account or potentially an offline account I have forgotten to update), issue a notification.

I have access to IFTTT integration through my Monzo account but I’ve never used it.
However, if I have access via Emma I think I probably would simply because Emma provides a more holistic view of my finances.
