Actually, it’s not legal for me right now as a resident of Canada
One needs to be an “accredited investor” to participate in equity crowdfunding.

Can we please have a real update on the EIS and not just we are working on it. There were other investor benefits that we are still waiting for as well but the EIS is the most important.
In your reply to a question about the EIS assurance letter during the crowd funding you said that
“We will sync with crowdcube and add it”
This promise never happened and we are now at the stage where the certificate is well overdue and yet despite the large number of discussions on CC asking what the status is on the certificates, Emma is not responding
Given that you are not responding to these update requests and you have already broken one promise on EIS you need to publish immediately the assurance letter and advise what is actually holding up the actual certificates

we are working on this with Crowdcube and we should be able to close this soon (a couple of weeks).
Do not now understand the answer above since you subsquently posted that you had recently submitted to HMRC .
Couple of weeks now has been a Month!
Still no update on the swag package. In fact no progress on any investor rewards promised in the investment round.
You are treating your investors with distain!
Is it not time you wrote to all investors to apologise and give them real reasons for all the reward delays including the investor badges and give them a considered time line.
If we had the promised whatsapp/telegram group we could ask the questions there but for now this is the only forum we have.
