I’ve just manually added a loan I have. - can i link payments which show from my current account as payments off this loan. Only way i see it at the moment is to exclude the payment and manually add it as a payment off the loan.

You can set that up using smart rules, which is a feature of Emma Pro. It allows you to link the current account to the loan and the loan balance will update itself with every new transfer. Hope that helps!
