Tesco Bank does not automatically sync… you have to set up or “fix” the feed every time you want to update.
Hi @Carty, this is unfortunately expected behaviour.
The bank logs us out every time.
We should be able to transition to a different system in the next few weeks, so we avoid this.
How can you ‘fix’ the feed please?
What do you mean?
So your customer posting said they had to ‘fix’ or set up the feed every time for Tesco. I’m having difficulty syncing with Santander 123 account and wanted to know if I could do this. Or is this something only customer service can do?
