Broken Santander

My Santander feed broke two weeks ago, so I removed it and recreated it. The balances have never appeared in the accounts list and a message telling me that “My team” are working on it had been on my dashboard for a week. Are others having the same problem? Are the team actually working on it? Is there anything I can do about it?
