I’ve just downloaded my Emma account onto a new Chromebook but the information does not synchronize with my
app on my phone. What am I doing wrong?

what do you mean by Chromebook? We don’t have a desktop / web version.

I’d check in settings if the information matches, maybe you have created a new account?

A chromebook is generally the same as an ipad but usually larger. I didn’t have a problem on the ipad.

I’d check if you have created a duplicate account or ping live chat - it’s easier for them to resolve.
