New phone and app not working

So having lost my iPhone I set up my new phone from a back up, the Emma app would open but froze on the Home Screen. I thought I’d reinstall the app as a fix but I’ve made it worse! I now can’t log in as the account seems tied to an old number I no longer have access to. Help!!
