Same account on different phones

Hi there! Loving the Emma app.

I’ve got the Emma app on my Android and also want to login on my iPhone. However when I download the app to iPhone, it only allows to sign in using Facebook, phone number or “Apple Id”. There is no option for email.

If I try and sign in using the phone option (linked to my prior account) it says a user is already registered using that number.

Any ideas?

Hey @Nells,

yes, if you want to connect it to another device, you need to use the same login as the first.

If on the first you used Facebook, and then try phone number on the second device, Emma is going to create a new account. :slight_smile:

If you go to Settings->Personal Details, you should be able to see what you have used as login.
