Moving to a new phone

I’ve just upgraded my phone and finished reinstalling all my apps. When I reinstalled Emma it seems to of lost all my budget that I’d set up, can the data be exported from my old phone to the new app or do I need to set everything up again?


what I think happened here is that you created a new account and reconnected everything. :slight_smile:

If you reach out to live chat, we can update your old account with the new phone and delete the newly created one.

Finally gotnround to looking at this, I’d logged in with 2 different email addresses, de-activated the new account, put the old email in and hey presto everything working again
