Pull in several years of history from HSBC

Hi,

I’m a new Emma user and prepared to pay for whatever level I need but I can’t seem to find out whether this is possible.

All I want to do is pull 6 years worth of transaction history from a HSBC Personal account and export it to XLS or CSV

Appreciate it if anyone can tell me if this is possible.

At the moment I only see one month’s worth of data in Emma

Hi @al355,

Emma gets 12 months worth of data when you first connect the account.

If you are on Emma Pro you have access to the exporting functionality and should be able to see this whole period.

For extra years, the support team can try to get it for you (ping live chat); but it might not work.
