I’ve just downloaded “Emma” today - and currently on the free trial - however, I do beleive that I will take up a monthly / annual plan - it’s clearly shown my net worth and overall spend this year from various accounts !
Just one issue for me on the “net worth” option though - if, for example, I add the net worth of a vehicle it will naturally add onto my overall net worth figure - however, as this is money that has been spent, for me - it’s money that has “gone” - so I would not want to include it in my overall net worth. Could we have a feature to toggle on / off for vehicles / real estate etc…. - this way I can then see the net worth of my “liquid cash”
Thanks a lot for your feedback and for giving Emma a try We’re really glad to hear that you’ve already found value in seeing your overall net worth and spending across accounts.
You’ve raised a great point about vehicles and real estate. At the moment, Emma includes all assets you add in your net worth figure, but we understand that not everyone wants to treat things like cars or property in the same way as liquid investments or cash. A toggle to include or exclude specific assets is a very good suggestion and it’s something we’ll consider as we continue to refine the net worth feature.
In the meantime, if you’d prefer, you can manually remove or adjust asset values to reflect just your liquid cash net worth. Not perfect, but it might help until we make this more flexible.
Really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. It helps us shape Emma in the right direction
