Hi, I have just joined Emma, I have a current account with Nationwide Building Society which is showing in the app, I also have a savings account with Nationwide which doesn’t show up in the app. Why is this and how can I rectify it.

Open Banking doesn’t support savings accounts.
In this case, the bank has decided not to provide the connection.
There isn’t much we can do about it. In Emma Pro, you can add offline accounts to track the ones that are not in Emma.
