Just signed up and my primary bank is not showing. How do I get this to operate otherwise the app is no use to me.

Ah, I believe Co-Op don’t have an API that Emma can hook into. So it’s not Emma’s fault - they’re waiting for Co-Op to catch up.
I am also with the cooperative. Can you provode qn ETA of when they will be on Emma?

You would have to ask co-op to add an api once they do emma can add them to the app. So try contact co-op

Unfortunately right now co-op bank is not supported in the app as they do not have open API. We are hoping they change that soon but for right now we don’t have a set date for when it can be changed
