Natwest savings account not showing up

Hi all

I have a natwest account linked,

When I go to add the account it forwards me to a natwest page asking me to check a box next to the accounts I want to be visible

I can add my credit card and current account but the savings account is not visible

Am I doing something wrong?

Hi @btjtaylor,

some accounts are not supported by Open Banking unfortunately, if it doesn’t show, it can’t be added.

This usually applies for ISAs and certain savings accounts.

You need to add an offline account and maybe set up a smart rule, which does the job. Only “payment” accounts have to be included with open banking
