Merchants Tab Under Analytics

I’m not sure if it’s a bug or if there is some other way by which it is determined if a merchant is listed in the tab vs not.

For example, I don’t see the coffee shop that we frequent a few times a week under the merchants tab. I gave the merchant a custom logo (via twitter) and all transactions are going into a coffee category.

Any idea why not all merchants show up in the list, especially one with multiple transactions for the month?

It’ll be because this merchant hasn’t been added to our merchant database. If it’s not included in the merchant database, Emma can’t identify and assign a merchant to that transaction.

If you reach out via chat with a screenshot of the latest coffee shop transaction in Emma and a link to their website, I can make some changes to the merchant database :wink:
