Is support available today?

My Santander balance over the last couple of months usually fails to update after a sync which has brought across some transactions but some one i guess in the background usually corrects this within a couple of hours but today this has not happened and chat have not yet acknowledged my support request.

We know this is an internal bug as the total at the very top of the account page is correct notwithstanding the Santander balance and the current account sub total are incorrect.

Subsquent syncs do not fix the issue

Yes, this is a bug on the android beta build, which we expect to fix in the next couple of days. It’s not related to your bank sync.
