Integration with Virgin Atlantic

Hi guys. Just received my VA card and connected it to Emma.
For some reason my transactions have weird names ‘Mail/Phone order’. See images attached.

Is this something on your end or VA api?image image

Sure. Ps. Same transactions from curve and hsbc are shown correctly.

We had a check here and it seems this is how the bank shows pending transactions on online banking. The website is different from the mobile app. :slight_smile:
