For some reason my transactions have weird names ‘Mail/Phone order’. See images attached.

Can you reach out to support? I think we are detecting a merchant and showing you wrong results.
Sure. Ps. Same transactions from curve and hsbc are shown correctly.
We had a check here and it seems this is how the bank shows pending transactions on online banking. The website is different from the mobile app.
