Inactive Commitments

I’m a Newbie and have found that a couple of monthly direct debits have been classed as inactive, but they’ve been a regular outgoing for years. I’ve tried adding them under managing subscriptions but the app won’t let me add them. How do I get them to be listed as active? Probably a simple solution but I can’t see it.

Welcome to the community!

If you go to subscriptions and click inactive, you can select the one that is inactive and click the three dots in the top right corner. From there you should be able to select ‘This is active’ and it will move it across.
