Joking aside, I suspect you get less applicants and it’s harder to fill a role as a result. But if it works for you then cool. Just don’t wind up as a ideologue about it

Applied for the role at 9:00 AM and got the rejection at 9:25 AM 
I was disappointed to receive the rejection shortly after applying, as I was genuinely looking forward to the opportunity to showcase my skills and contribute to the team.
