My co-op current account has always been supported on the app, but now its showing as ‘closed’ on my app and I can’t add it back. Is cooperative Bank no longer supported on Emma? Can this problem be fixed?
Hi @Chloe, we are no longer supporting Co-op.
The bank is not providing an Open Banking API, so we have no way to connect. We have sent you an email a couple of weeks ago and communicated this via our social media channels. 
I didn’t get this email about Coop closing and just found out now!?
We only sent it to people who had an active Coop connection.
