Hi @paradise, the bank is live and available in Emma.
There is an active issue with the bank - we are working with them to resolve.
We can’d to anything else on our end unfortunately.
Well there is finally a change, instead of having to refresh often (sometimes several times a day), Smile is now giving a curt error message:
There’s been an error.
Something is wrong with this request as the information provided by your Service Provider doesn’t seem right.
This followed updates by Apple to Face recognition last week, so may be related.

Hi David, do you know if that error message also occurs if you try to add Smile as a new connection? And/or if it also happens when not using their web login (without the app)?
Co-op still needs its credentials renewed daily, sometimes multiple times a day. Is anyone looking at this?
Yes, we have been reporting this multiple times to the bank and have open conversations; I don’t think there is a clear effort on their end to fix this. We don’t have much control unfortunately and we’ll keep reporting.
Edit: we have also heard from the bank - they implemented a new fix yesterday’s evening.
