Fees that are paid to NatWest for their Reward account are not recognised as banking fees. Changing the transaction name to Account Fee did not fix. Is there a criteria in the transaction for this to be recognised? A category should exist for this purpose as I see no way to Emma this is a banking fee (along with all historical).
Some accounts like this one give rewards back in the form of cash refund into the account (Amex platinum cashback do the same). It would be a handy feature to be able to select the “reward/cash back” as a fee also. This in effect would show whether the bank was making money from me 
or I was making money from them
