I’m nervous both phones I’m trying to use this app on are too old. When I select “add bank” my screen goes white and it stops loading. I still have the support chat button on the bottom of the screen. I’ve tried this on my (please don’t laugh) Samsung Galaxy Note 4 as well as my (SERIOUSLY, don’t laugh) Moto G3. Am I out of luck until I get a new phone?

I have a samsung 9 and the integration screens for new and renewal are all bug prone so you are not alone.
Most times the true layer integration has finished and you just need to close the blank screen and go back into Emma and check the renewal has completed
