To access the ISA, please update your app and head to the Invest tab.
We charge an annual platform fee based on your plan. Funds have their own ongoing charges set by the fund provider.

Tried to open an account, but am stuck on the “creating an account” page with a spinning circle of doom

Can you make sure you are on the latest version? 
I’m on 1.40.2 from 13th Feb. There’s no other update in the Play store unfortunately.
I’ve cleared the app’s cache also.. still getting only the spinning page on account creation

The update is fully out so you should definitely see it at the bottom of the Emma Invest tab.
Is there a plan to add recurring payments for ISAs or combine the fuctionality with the autosave?

Yes, we are launching Autoinvest in 2-3 weeks - this will be separated from Autosave.
We are also adding ISA transfers at the same time.
