How many times a day does automatic sync run?
At what time/s of day does it run?
If a manual sync is run, does it affect the time of the next automatic sync?

On average automatic sync will run 2x in any 24 hour period, but they don’t run at a fixed time of the day, they run around the clock.
After you have manually synced, you’ll go to the back of the queue again
