Good morning,
I have a Chip savings account and have a smart rule that recognises any payment into that Chip account.
I also had a smart rule that would recognise any withdrawals FROM my Chip account TO my bank account.
My offline Chip balance was always correct because it considered payments in and out.
Now, only payments in to Chip are registered, and the balance shown is incorrect because I transferred some of my savings to my bank account.
How can I fix this?

The only thing I can think of is that the transactions are not getting detected anymore because they fall outside of the filter you have set (for example new strings or different amounts).
