Security adding ISA accounts

Hi,

I’ve recently started using this app and added my current accounts - no issues. I’m slightly concerned with the security for adding ISA’s - I’ve been redirected to truelayer.com (that does look like a secure site), but it asks for my memorable information - I’ve never been asked for this before which is why i hesitated…even when i log into my bank account, I’m only ever asked for 3 characters.

My questions are, is it secure to proceed? and why is the process different to adding current accounts? I’m sure it’s all fine, I’m just in need of some reassurance.
