Every time I try to add Sainsbury’s, the Sainsbury’s app generates an untrusted network error and won’t allow me to go any further
I also get untrusted network error when trying to connect from Emma
Doesn’t happen when using Sainsbury Bank app directly.

Has Sainsbury’s been removed again? No option to add it
We removed it because the connection wasn’t working properly. The issue is with Sainsbury’s who are looking into why this isn’t working. Once they’ve resolved the issue, we’ll let you know here on the community

It’s fully broken and their development team is slow. We are just waiting.

Is anyone willing to try connecting to Sainsbury’s again? There are some changes that they advised would fix the integration

Just tried. Still getting the Untrusted Network message which blocks connection.
Might be worth mentioning that connection to Sainsbury Bank seems to work fine through Moneyhub and Money Dashboard Neon (and was working through these apps even when you first tried to release Sainsbury connector a few weeks ago).
