I’ve noticed that the payment provider has changed for a few of my subscriptions (e.g., GeoGuessr Pro and Displate Club), and Emma should recognise this but doesn’t and it has to be set up as a completely new subscription.
Please send us a message on the live chat and I’ll take a look at the transactions. We may be able to make an update on our end to recognise the name change
Sadly it seems impossible to fix this in the backend. I gave details myself but the problem remains. Would it be possible to introduce a manual way for users to link?
Hi @WD06, I can suggest this to the Product team, but in the meantime, if you reach out of live chat with the transaction details I may be able to make some updates that will recognise the name changes of these transactions.
