Please can you integrate the bank Kroo to Emma.
Kroo bank is under our radar, but at this point, we have not integrated because they have not implemented the Open Banking started like every other bank; so it’s not as easy as the other banks for us to integrate.
We do have a ticket internally; so I think we’ll integrate it eventually, but don’t have an ETA at this stage.

Kroo support have advised me that they now support Open Banking - hopefully Emma can now add these accounts to the app?

Thanks for getting in touch about this.
I can confirm that Kroo do partake in open banking. If you think of open banking as a list that every provider or institution has, what happens is that each institution or bank needs to update that list accordingly in order to keep it up to date or add new members on.
If we do not yet appear on Emma’s open banking list, this means that they have not yet added us to their list, so they need to update their open banking to reflect that we are now member. Therefore this is something that is completely out of our hands, and sits with the other institutions.

Yes, we are aware they support Open Banking; but unfortunately they have implemented the authentication method differently from everyone else and this requires a week or so of development from our side.
At this stage, we have taken note, but we have not been able to prioritise this integration.
