Frustrated with the “notification number” icon

Is it just me who is frustrated with the “number” of actions or notification of messages on the Emma app ?

Whenever I receive a notification - a numeral icon tells me how much activity there has been on my account - “but” - when I open my account(s) to see transactions - there is no clear indication what that activity has been / or where it has been - I end up having to “click” in all sections - just to clear down the icon on my front screen ! - is it just me that gets frustrated with this ? :man_shrugging:

I’ve this behaviour for every app I use. There are some notifications we send that only show in the phone feed, not inside of the app. For example, on Sunday, we send a notification about upcoming bills; this would increase the phone count, but it wouldn’t show anything in the app.
