Emma Web Requesting me to upgrade my plan?

Hi,

I’ve been an Emma Pro subscriber for years and the web UI became my most used client as soon as it was released.

I tried to access it now, but it’s saying that it’s not available to my plan.

The plan comparison page says that the Emma for Web is available to Plus, Pro and Ultra, so I don’t understand what’s going on.

Any help would be appreciated, because, as I mentioned above, the web UI is where I use Emma the most.
