A few months ago my internet service provider changed its name from Wave Broadband to Astound (see attached photos). So starting around February this year my internet payments automatically show up under a different name. Now the old payments are separate from my recent payments. I want to keep my internet subscription history connected to my current and future bill payments in the Emma app. I tried to fix it by changing the transaction names so both are called “Wave” but they’re still listed separately. Is there any way to combine these subscriptions?
