Yea echo this @edoardomoreni would this be a compromise? It’s really difficult to get a view of my spend now after started using Chase because can’t see them on Emma which is quite sad. Emma has helped me with staying on top of my finances so much in the past couple of years so would love to continue. Would you be adding it even if it expires every 60 mins, just so the transactions are there on Emma.

Would be great to see some sort of integration in place. Working bank integrations far more valuable to me than some other emerging features

A preiodic update (say weekly) would be great for me. I only use Chase as their interest rate is better than most, so im only tracking deposits and interest. Im not using it as a current account

This is not happening until 2023.
They don’t have an API and have no intention to build it till 2023.

I suggest joining the Chase UK bank community and posting there asking for an API, as the ball is indeed in their court

Add emma manually updateable accounts.
Chase expires every 60m. This means no bg update is possible, but it’s possible to give the responsibility of the update to the user.
It will be done as often as the user needs to.
In my case could be every day.
Yes, insight might be skeewed, but the ability to update and see if my expenses with chase are within budgets and not having to insert all transactions manually is better.
Do insights take into account manual accounts?
If they do, emma is better off with a manually started update, anyway.
If they don’t, why?
I assume, insights are the weekly review. But anyway, I don’t see how manual update are worse or equal to manual accounts
I’d like the full integration as it arrives, but meanwhile would be great to reduce the hassle of updating my transactions, which is why I’m an emma pro user.

There’s one budgeting app that’s able to connect to Chase UK, just tested it and it worked. I think they’re using saltedge as the api provider, but it should also based on the Open Bank API right? Maybe it’s worth checking again now to see if chase supported this API

Just checked the saltedge site, it’s saying Chase UK now supports Open Banking API. I think it’s only recently being added, so that’s a great news for us.

I’m another happy Emma user who came looking for the Chase integration - I see scheduled for sometime before May 2023… C’est la vie - but we will survive.
