I think it might be the naming issue if emma uses a text recognition for this then it might be why

If by reverifying the connection you mean renewing access on the bank login, as I said, I’ve tried it but it didn’t make any difference.

It’s odd because I have older transactions going into July/June/May 2022 (assuming 12 months although I was secretly hoping Emma could pull everything, in my case September 2021 :upside_down_face:)

Hi, will chase transactions be auto categories as everyhting is currently in general for me? And transferring between accounts should be auto excluded as always. And round up and all other savings accounts should be in savings.

My categories took a bit of time to self apply but now seem fine.

Issue I’ve got is a transaction which has been reversed/refunded (specifically Uber) showing up in Emma without the refund.

There is no corresponding transaction at all (original/reversed) within the chase app.

Also +1 for the feed now being slightly unusable with 2 round up transactions per purchase :joy:

Me too!

I first opened my account when Chase launched (the API has been coming “soon” all that time!) and now not even getting 12 months is annoying. Something must be happening at the Chase end as everyone seems to have the same cut-off date.

I’m having the same issue a lot of my transactions are in general and having to manually sort them all even though on my chase app they’re all in their correct categories.
Also should transfers between pots be in the income section or excluded? As technically I’m just moving money around not getting any extra money coming in if that makes sense?

A transfer between Chase accounts (eg current to savings) shows in Chase as ‘To (my name)’ or ‘From (my name)’. In Emma shows as ‘To’ or ‘From’. The name is removed. Doesn’t really lose any info, just looks a bit odd.
