Emma telling me to renew the connection already!
Fixed it, I had to turn on instant apps first…
This doesn’t work for me.
I am only able to add " supported links" and cannot add the link
It was in the supported links section for me, I just had to toggle it on.
Have you tried opening the link in the browser then going to the supported links bit and seeing if it’s there?
Im not sure if this is a chase issue or a personal one on one off my chase accounts it doesnt seem to sync transactions further than feb this year
UPDATE: Connection refresh fixed the issue
Can I just say, thanks for doing this!
It’s great to finally have my 2 main accounts visible in one place
Thanks guys for the feedback!
We are going to revert it back to them. They are already aware of the to/from references.
Hey @Peter, this is weird. Can you check if you have added it twice in bank logins?
If you also want to have the connection enabled, you can just dm me your emma handle. You can find this in Settings (just tap your profile pic).
Besides the references and missing names, all seems to be good, it’s ridiculous the amount of round up transactions filling my feed though. Where’s… @grant.m ?
We can look into this. eheheh
Overall its good but i agree round ups are flooding the feed same with credits as I take the rewards balance out often so toggle is definitely due to be added id say
iOS user here.
I also have the empty To/From transactions problem (on both savings and current accounts).
Any idea what the scope of transactions being downloaded is? I don’t remember if there is an open banking standard, but Chase only went back to 23 June 2022 on my savings account, and 15 July 2022 on my current account. I’ve got transactions older than that by a few days in both accounts. The cutoff dates feel quite arbitrary as today is 19 May so it’s not an exact number like 12 months. I tried resyncing the login but it didn’t pull anything older.
Have you tried re verifying the connection it seemed to work for me
We can go for 12 months, but they might have done something funny.
If this works, it might an Emma issue, but I don’t think so.
Im not sure i posted earlier my transactions stopped at feb this year and then i re verified the connection and it added the rest.
Baring in mind i opened the account November time so not older than 12 months
