Is there a way to take an annual charge so it comes off your budget each month rather than one hit the month you pay?

Not currently the best thing I would say is have a rolling budget that includes ur annual budget for the year and it can build up so when the payment next hits it doesnt go over but I think an understanding of annual budgets would be great
