I love Emma. However, in the analytics section, I would like to be able to swipe through past “Pay Periods” as opposed to swiping through previous months to give me a better sense of what I’m spending from pay day to pay day.
After setting budgets at the start of the month, I like to keep tabs of how I’m doing during the pay period however once the pay period is over, this useful information is lost and all I get to review is what I have spent during a particular month . I wish there was a toggle button to switch between months and pay periods for past spending analysis.
Totally agree with this. Would be the most useful feature in my opinion. This was the sole reason I stopped using Emma last year (no pay period tracking at all) and I heard it was introduced but this would be the cherry on top
Yes, we have been kept this on the side, simply because we didn’t want it to be “broken”.
We have been working on the budgeting feature for quite sometime and it is working well; so the next step would be to enable it to previous periods as well.
