Account syncing issues

Hi, I downloaded the app 4 days ago and added my current account. Unfortunately, the app isn’t syncing my account and is showing 4 day old payments & balances.

I’ve tried to manually sync, but that doesn’t work either.

Anyone else experienced this or knows how to fix?
