Any updates on parallel syncing? As a point of reference, Lumio syncs all of my accounts in less than 5 seconds, while Emma takes roughly 7-8 minutes.

I think for Lumio is more the case they don’t have users.

Unfortunately, we had to de-prioritize, we are investing in the team by hiring (https://emma-app.com/jobs), so this should be put back on track very soon.

Has anyone noticed a change in speed? We have been rolling out several improvements over the past few days.

A lot slower/will take hours to complete.

After forcing a sync? How many bank logins do you have? :sweat_smile:

I don’t know if this is linked but i’ve noticed a lot of my “instant” payments like DD or bank transfers are sitting in pending transfers now rather than being confirmed. All my DD on the 1st are set in there today.

@edoardomoreni Hello. I’m also noticing slow updates from pending to confirmed since Thursday 31st. Also syncing with my Amex account appears to be broken and a renew doesn’t fix - Amex auth says unable to complete request at this time, and emma app gives error Login Failed - unsuccessful bank login.(I’ve left a message with support via your chat bot - hopefully someone will get back there tomorrow)

BTW: Just wanted to also add I love the app. It almost get the most usage on my phone… obsessed in a good way!

Same issue here… started Thur 31/ Fri 1st Nov. They did eventually move but not until Monday. They were showing as cleared payments in my online banking on the Fri. What about you?

Confirming that after removing Emma from 3rd party access within Amex account, then waiting overnight, then renewing via Emma app fixed the Amex sync issue this morning.

This was amex; they broke the connection and fixed last night at 1am.

There is no need to remove or do anything - it’s all fixed now.

We are going to build a “bank status” page in the app and website, so you guys know what’s going on at all times. Unfortunately, this was completely out of our hands.
