I’m having a lot of trouble every time this comes around. Currently I can’t access two accounts because when I select ‘renew access’ I am asked for details that I’ve never had eg for one account I am asked for a 5 digit code when I’ve only ever had a 6 digit code .

Sorry… typo…I meant I couldn’t find the in app chat referred to in the help file… where is ‘more support?’
Tap “More” at bottom right of the screen with the three dots above it. Then you should see a tile that says “Support”. Tap that to open a chat window with support.

Resolved. Barclaycard requires that you register for their mobile app. This is a 5 digit code different to the 5 digit code requirement for access via web browser.
All the banks have different requirements and some ‘renew access’ requests work better than others.
I realise this is outside your control but it is very annoying. I can’t believe how long it takes to renew access for some accounts.
