As a Pro user it would be great if we had the ability to edit the default categories. The category for business I used as my online selling category but it would be nice to rename the category rather than making a whole new custom category
This is coming - it’s in the roadmap, it just requires a lot of backend work, but we’ll work to exclude/hide them.

Yes a good one for me too. I use defaults for totally different things to cut down the number of categories.
As a follow up if you’re working on it can default and custom be mixed in alphabetical order, rather than default then custom.
