Multiple accounts, data only coming from one in app?

I have multiple accounts with Metro Bank, but Emma app only pulls data from one of my accounts? Is there a way to pull all of my accounts into app? Else sadly the entire app becomes pointless to me, as my day to day banking revolves around those 3 accounts. I often transfer money from one account to another and all the app shows is “refund received” or “somebody sent you money”. when in fact it was just a transfer and my money already!

Sadly it’s no use otherwise as doesn’t show my funds, finances or spending even remotely correctly!
