I’ve got a manual savings account with Marcus and I use the smart rule function to pick up transfers to it from my current account. However, the smart rule is one way only and doesn’t pick up transfers from Marcus to my current account. Could this be fixed to make rules two-way?
What is the real account that the money is going in and out of? I mean the bank
I have a smart rule for starling for all transactions with reference “Marcus Savings”, which picks up outgoing and incoming. However the reference might be different, depending on your bank etc.
You can play about with setting up the rule, as it shows you matching transactions before you finally create it
