Is plant-based milk becoming more popular?

New research from Mintel suggests a record one in three Brits now drink plant-based milk, with usage up from 25 per cent in 2020 to 32 per cent in 2021, and almost 44 per cent of Brits aged 25-44 are plant-based milk users. :milk_glass:

Do you prefer plant-based or cow’s milk?

I haven’t opted for cow’s milk in the last 4 years. The only time I’ve consumed it is at work before they upgraded the machines and at a friend’s house once (before I introduced them to oat milk and they now drink nothing but that!).

I’m so happy it’s easier to access now, and I get surprised a lot at the places that do or don’t serve it.

Next step… focus on places that don’t charge extra for it

Oat milk is best with coffee. :coffee: I’m using Oatly Barista now.

Completely agree. We buy it in boxes of 6 and it’s cheap!
